Will tea bags come between Claire and Richard?

It’s 1987. Cable TV has over 25 channels, health culture has been born, and Claire is losing business to herbal teas that promise health benefits, the doughnut shop that serves smokers, and tea bags that promise convenience. So intently focused on saving her business, Claire’s energy for Richard, her husband of almost 20 years, is all dried up.

It burns Richard’s heart to see his wife struggle, but she refuses his every offer of help. It’s almost Halloween, and Richard knows she must turn things around by Christmas or risk closing her store forever. He takes one last courageous stand and suggests Claire sell tea packaged in individual bags.

Trick or Tea is the second short story prequel to Lori Wolf-Heffner’s Tea Shop for Two, the first book in her sweet romance series, Love on Belmont. If you love books and tea, enjoy Trick or Tea while you’re boiling your water and soak up the flavours of this fun romance. Currently only available to newsletter subscribers.
